Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley does not talk about her parents but her grandmother, who was an infamous bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s has been credited for inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley began swimming at the age of four. For the next ten years she continued taking classes. It is true that Ashley did not adhere to eating a strict diet, meant she did not participate in a lot of the competitions. While she enjoyed some popularity in her teenage years, mostly due to her attractive appearance and curves but we don't exactly know who was with her during this phase. Ashley decided to focus her efforts in becoming a fitness trainer and model following her graduation. Ashley recognized that she didn't like the way her body looked when she was 15. Inspired by her grandfather, she started going to the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather and began gradually. What she did not know was that she was about to be spending the next 9 years building her physique and slowly becoming an fitness icon. Ashley's victory motivated her to compete in at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She placed seventh and felt that this was an underperformance. It caused Ashley push herself to be better. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. While she competed in tournaments she received offers of shoots. However, she wasn't looking to combine her careers. Once she had retired from competing and quit the sport she started working as a fitness model. The front cover of one of the biggest fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness models. The career of a model has grown since then. Models have modelled in bikinis for renowned fashion brands, and appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
